The entire property, from the parking lot to the beach and inside the condos and on the decks, is a non-smoking property.

April and May 2025
Escape Unit 16 reopens for the 2025 season in April. Spring mini weeks in April and May will be $275, plus taxes. As of December 2024, taxes are 11% but could go up. Mini weeks are from Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Sunday. With 11% taxes, the cost is $305.25.
June 2025
Mini weeks in June are from Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Sunday. The cost for a mini week is $455. With 11% taxes, the cost is $505.05.
As of Jan. 15, 2025, there is only one mini week left: June 26 to June 29.
July and August 2025
Weekly rentals in July and August are from Saturday to Saturday. The cost is $1,095, plus taxes, for a week. During July and August, there are only weekly rentals. With 11% taxes, a week runs $1,215.45. There are no mini weeks in July or August.
September 2025
Mini weeks are from Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Sunday. The cost for a mini week is $455. With 11% taxes, the cost is $505.05.
Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday in June. The cost for a week is $910, With 11% taxes, the cost is $1,010.10.
October 2025
Fall mini weeks begin September 28 and end October 26.
Mini weeks from Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Sunday $275 per mini week, plus taxes. With an 11% tax rate, the cost per mini week would be $305.25.
October weekly rates — Sunday to Sunday or Thursday to Thursday — $550, plus taxes. With an 11% tax rate, the cost per week is 610.50.
