Unit 16 at The Escape is a third-floor, oceanfront efficiency in a three-story building between 125th and 126th streets.
Escape Unit 16 reopens for the 2026 season in April.
The entire property, from the parking lot to the beach and inside the condos and on the decks, is a non-smoking property. Renters are expected to clean the unit before leaving.
Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Those using a credit card will be charged an extra 3.4% to cover the processing costs.

Spring mini weeks in April and May are from Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Sunday. The rental price is $285, plus taxes. Taxes add 12% to the cost. With 12% taxes, the cost is $319.20.

Weekly rentals in June are from Sunday to Sunday or Thursday to Thursday. The weekly rental price is $930 ($132.86/night). With 12% taxes, the cost is $1,041.60.
July and August 2026
Weekly rentals in July and August are from Saturday to Saturday. The cost is $1,120 a week (a steal at only $160/night), plus taxes. Out of respect for the other owners in the building, there are only weekly rentals in July and August. With 12% taxes, a week runs $1,254.60.
There are no mini weeks in July or August.
September 2026
Mini weeks are from Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Sunday. The cost for a mini week is $465. With 12% taxes, the cost is $520.80.
